variety of gyms in sosua?

First timer, will be in DR soon, thinking of staying entirely in Sosua- wondering about the gym situation.  I see there is a Gold's- thats the only thing I've been able to find on the web that is still in business and from pictures seems on the small side.  Anyone know about current status on variety out there? Like crossfit gyms, other type, etc?
